Before commencing cleaning we tag each item with a unique number ensuring that it cannot get lost within our system.

Each item is individually examined by our expert operatives and care labels checked to ensure it’s suitability for cleaning by the most appropriate method.

We will always contact you if we feel that there is any risk involved in the cleaning of your item, prior to commencement.

Our multi-stage process, which includes professional stain removing, requires our highly trained and professional staff to undertake checks throughout the completion of each stage.  Any items not meeting our exacting standards are rejected and processed again, at no additional cost to you.

All items that we clean are hand finished.  We do not make an extra charge for this service.
